Theres a Murder case similar to biggers situation that took place in Manhatten. A 41 year old Bronx man murder a 36 year old white woman. She was attendening a community college and was a waitress. Since the beginging Biggers Ego has been in control. When the murderd happened his Id wanted to run and scream. He was losing his mind but he had to think. He needed to think profoundly about each step he took. He thinks about different ideas and paths he could take to get out and how each one would lead to an escape. When he returns to his job hes was asked did he complete their tasks. The night he made it home after the murder he made his family think he got there at two. So he then tells Mrs.dalton he dropped the trunk off a little before two. this shows Bigger was thinking about his actions and what he is saying to others around him.  As  I read I was hoping he would just let go and creep out fast. While he was holding the pillow i didnt pay attention to the fact that he was smothering her. As soon as he said he saw a white blur I nstantly thought "MR.DALTON". I didnt think he would literally stay there the whole entire time trying to keep her quite. when Mrs.Dalton had left and he tried to put her in the box i thought what an idiot. He was making everything worse and would have to create a bigger lie. Once he started trying to put her in the furnace I was thinking he's done for theyre going to find out quick and hes going to get lynched. the messed up thing is it was the daughter of a white man who accpeted, helped, and liked black people.
